99.9% of our transactions are successful. If, however, you receive a final confirmation from us and one of the following points applies, you are not left empty-handed. In these cases the ticket guarantee comes to bear.
Exact order cannot be fulfilled
In any case, we will try to offer you alternate tickets for the same event.
Given the fact that a timely arrival was impossible, we will attempt to arrange replacement tickets at short notice. Thanks to our large network of contacts, we know who to speak with in all states and cities in which we do business. If no replacement tickets can be arranged, we will refund 120% of the purchase price paid. Please note that the Buyer's Guarantee does not apply in the event of a delay on the part of the courier.
